I have worked with Dee for over 20 years at new Hartford CSD in my Position as an English teacher , model un advisor and golf coach while she served in the district's accounting department . During this time I was impressed with her eye for detail and strong organizational skills. After the tragic passing of my brother in 2010, I took over operations of Crystal Springs GC. Having no business plan, I asked her to control the book keeping at the golf course. Since that time, she has been an invaluable asset to the business. It was not until a conversation started several years ago that she had a vision to help grow the business. Dee saw the growth potential of the course where we could implement a full menu by building a kitchen and enhance the experience of parties by building a pavilion to host events. This is when her motivation and creative side took over and she began to promote and advertise events such as weddings, graduation parties retirement parties, birthday parties, baby showers, etc. Her greatest masterpiece was organizing a wedding for 400 people. This is what truly propelled Crystal Springs into a venue of legitimate standing. Since then, Dee has booked, organized, decorated, and coordinated multiple events with equanimity and spirit.
